1 lb lean ground beef
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 large onion cut up
1/2 cup rice uncooked
1 can chicken gumbo soup*
1 can chow main noodles (add last)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 tablespoons soy sauce
Brown hamburger and onions, remove from pan and drain grease, return to pan and stir in remaining ingredients. Put in casserole dish.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 60 minutes, for last 15 minutes sprinkle chow main noodles over the top.
*Chicken Corn Chowder can be substituted.
