Baked Salmon

2 pound salmon fillet
salt and pepper
juice of 1/2 a large lemon
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon grated onion

Place salmon in a greased shallow baking dish. Season with salt and pepper then sprinkle the lemon juice over the filet. In a small bowl mix the sour cream and the onion, spread over the fillet.

Bake in a 375 degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes. The fish is done when it flakes and the center is no longer translucent.
