Beef Stroganoff with Rice

2 lbs round steak*
2 large onions sliced
Flour
1 can cream of celery soup
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 cups cooked rice
2 - 4 oz cans whole mushrooms
Saute slice onion and mushrooms for about 5 minutes or until onions have a translucent appearance. Remove onions and mushrooms from skillet. Slice round steak in long thin strips (about 1- 2 inches wide), roll in flour and brown in the skillet. Add mushroom and onions to the meat with salt and pepper. Add the cream of celery soup to the meat mixture, simmer until meat is tender, add sour cream right before serving, heat through. Serve over rice.
*round steak can be tough, it might be a good idea to use a meat mallet on it to tenderize before slicing.
