4 ounces (about 1 cup) blue cheese (crumbled)
3 ounce package of cream cheese (softened)
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Combine all of the above in a medium bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Sprinkle with snipped parsley. Dippers: celery and carrot sticks, cauliflowerets or cherry tomatoes
