Brownies 2
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup flour
3 tablespoon cocoa
6 tablespoons cream (or 4 tablespoons milk and 2 tablespoons margarine)
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup nuts (walnuts or pecans)(chopped)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8 x 8 inch pan.
1. Cream butter and sugar in large bowl.
2. Add eggs and beat well, scraping bowl often.
3. Add flour, cocoa, cream salt and vanilla, mix well.
4. Using a large spoon fold in the nuts.
5. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes or until brownies pull away from sides of the pan.
6. Cool and cut into squares using a plastic knife.
