This sauce loves broccoli, asparagus, green beans, beef (broiled or fried), fried or poached eggs and all kinds of fish.
1/2 cup butter or margarine
3 tablespoons lemon juice
dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
In a small pan heat the butter until it turns a golden brown. Cool slightly then add the lemon juice, Worcestershire and parsley. Pour over hot food or serve on the side in a gravy bowl.
