Butterscotch Chip Bars - no bake
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup Rice Krispies (or corn flakes)
1 cup peanuts
1 teaspoon vanilla
In a large saucepan over medium heat bring the syrup and sugar to a boil. Stir in the peanut butter, butterscotch chips, Rice Krispies, peanuts and vanilla. Mix well and press into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Chill and cut into bars using a large spatula or sharp knife.
