Cheese and Mushroom Appetizer Ball

1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese
1 tablespoon onion (minced)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 can of sliced mushrooms (chopped into small pieces)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Soften the cream cheese (let it sit at room temperature until it softens). Place the cream cheese in a medium bowl and add the minced onion, chopped mushrooms, salt and Worcestershire sauce, mix well. Chill then shape into a ball. Serve with crackers. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
