2 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup green cherries (in a jar)
1/2 cup red cherries (in a jar)
2 1/2 cups crushed pineapple (drained)
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup whipped cream or cool whip
Cream cheese then add mayonnaise and blend well. Fold in the whipped cream, fruit and marshmallows. Put in salad molds and refrigerate (1 quart molds). Makes 2 molds. Note: To unmold salad dip mold in very warm, not hot water to the depth of it's contents. Loosen the edge with a sharp knife. Place the serving plate on top of the mold, hold very tightly, invert the plate and the mold, shake the mold very gently. If it doesn't come out repeat the process until it comes loose.
