1 large chicken
1 large head of cabbage (chopped)
5 lbs potatoes (cubed)
3 medium onions (chopped)
1 1/2 to 2 cans of corn
1 1/2 bunches of carrots sliced thin
1 can of peas
1 1/2 cups of cooked rice
1 large bunch of celery (sliced)
2 lbs of beef for stew
Cook the chicken and beef until almost done, add the raw vegetables and cook until done. Add the precooked rice, corn and peas right before serving. This recipe serves a crowd as all Booyah's were meant to.
