Chicken and Rice Casserole

1 large chicken cut up (chicken breasts can be substituted)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup white rice uncooked
1 cup milk
1/4 package onion soup mix
Mix dry onion soup with rice in bottom of large casserole. Cut chicken in serving pieces and place on top of rice mixture. Pour 1/2 can chicken soup over the top. Mix remaining soup and milk together and pour over casserole.
Cover dish with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours or until chicken is tender. Remove foil last half hour to brown.
