Chicken Booyah

Booyah is a stew that probably originated with the Belgium immigrants from Wisconsin. Booyahs were created to feed large groups of people such as those in the churches or work groups (logging).

Booyah recipes can be scaled up or scaled down as needed for your group. They are also fair game for changing to your own taste.
