Chicken Booyah with Rice and Potatoes

1 large chicken
1/3 cup rice
3 cups carrots (chopped)
small onion chopped
2 cups cabbage (chopped)
3 whole cloves allspice
1 cup celery (chopped)
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups diced potatoes
parsley to taste
Cook chicken until well done. Remove chicken from broth (chicken must be removed from the bones), cube and return to broth with all vegetables and rice then cook until well done.
