Corned Beef Casserole

1 (12 oz) can corned beef (cut up)
1/4 cup minced onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups dried noodles (broken)
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 cup American processed cheese (grated)
1/2 cup potato chips (crushed)

Cook noodles, drain. Combine noodles with corned beef, soup, milk, cheese and onions in a 3 quart casserole greased (use Pam or the like). Top with potato chips.

Bake 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly in a 425 degree oven.
