Creamy Cheese Dip

8 ounce package of cream cheese
3 ounces of Roquefort cheese (crumbled into small pieces)
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons stuffed (pimiento) olives (sliced or chopped)
dash of salt (optional)
dash of Tabasco sauce

Put all of the above in a large bowl and mix well. Serve at room temperature. Use as a dip for potato chips, corn chips, bagel chips. Spread on crackers. Refrigerate leftovers.
