Egg Sandwich
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
2 slices white or wheat bread
Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
1 slice American cheese
1. Crack egg into a microwave safe cereal bowl.
2. Add the milk and whip in with a wire whisk.
3. Salt and pepper if you want.
4. Cook in microwave on 100% power for 1 to 2 minutes or until cooked through.
5. While the egg is cooking pop the bread in the toaster.
6. Place toast on microwaveable plate and spoon cooked egg onto toast.
7. Top with the slice of cheese and place second slice of toast on top of cheese.
8. Cook in microwave until cheese is melted, about 15 seconds.
9. Enjoy!!
