Eggs Continental

1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter or margarine (melted)
4 hard cooked eggs (sliced)
3 slices bacon (diced)
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 4 buttered 10 ounce baking dishes.

1. Toss bread crumbs in melted butter. Put bread crumbs in a medium bowl, drizzle the melted butter over the top and mix carefully with a fork until crumbs are buttered somewhat evenly.
2. Divide buttered crumbs evenly amongst the 4 baking dishes.
3. Layer eggs slices over crumbs.
4. Fry bacon until crisp then drain.
5. In a bowl stir together the bacon, sour cream, milk, onion and seasonings.
6. Spoon over eggs and top with the cheese.
7. Bake in the preheated oven, uncovered, for about 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serves 4.
