Thinly slice two large tomatoes, 1 large cucumber and 1 large onion. Separate the onion rings. Put in a flat pan and pour Italian dressing over all, sprinkle a bit of salt and course black pepper. Cover and chill for 2 to 3 hours to blend flavors. Spoon dressing over vegetables several times while chilling. Arrange in a serving dish.
