Tips and Tricks
To moisten meat or fish during cooking with a liquid such as melted fat or cooking juices.
bundt:
A cake pan that has a tube in the center and scallops on the sides.
beat:
To stir ingredients vigorously: to mix moist ingredients vigorously to combine them, make them smooth, or incorporate air into them.
blend:
Mix ingredients; to mix a substance with another substance so that the two do not readily separate.
