Horseradish Deviled Eggs
These eggs are so good your guests will ask for them. You'll need to double the recipe.
6 hard cooked eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
Pinch of pepper
1 dash of paprika (for sprinkling on top)
1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
2. Remove the yolks, set the whites aside.
3. In a small bowl mash the yolks until smooth.
4. Blend in the mayonnaise, horseradish, dill, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well.
5. Spoon into the egg whites.
6. Sprinkle with paprika. Keep refrigerated until served.
