1/2 cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Whip the cream until stiff then fold in the horseradish, sugar and lemon juice. Chill for several hours. Makes about 1 cup. Keep refrigerated.
