Recipes whose roots come from almost every country on this good earth. We are a nation of immigrants (most of us anyway) who have brought traditions and food recipes that have become what our country is made of.

My mission is to provide you with recipes that make eating at home a four star experience for you, your family and your friends.

This site is dedicated to all of the people who gave me these recipes over the years, my mother, the ladies in my family's church, the people who I have worked with, neighbors, friends, both of my grandmothers, aunts, cousins, and my sons and their friends. Many of these recipes are family favorites (Oh So Yummy Pepper Steak, German Potato Salad, Cornmeal Mountain Pancakes, Oil Pastry Pie Crust, Linda's Salsa and many others).

I have had some of these recipes for over 40 years and some of them are over 100 years old. Enjoy making them, use the glossary and be sure and read through the Tips and Tricks section. Cooking can be fun and the eating even better!
