Just a Chicken Casserole

2 cups uncooked chicken (cubed)
1/2 cup rice (uncooked)
2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup onion (chopped or shredded)
1 1/2 cup celery (sliced)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter

Combine the above in a greased casserole dish and bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for one hour. Brown bread crumbs in butter, spread on top of casserole and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

Note: Cubing uncooked chicken isn't easy – just cut it up into bite-sized pieces
