This sauce goes great with broiled or pan fried fish. Can be mixed with baked potatoes or carrots. Or whatever you cook that loves lemon.
1/2 cup butter (softened)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
dash of Cayenne pepper
Cream the butter then cream in the lemon juice, salt, parsley and Cayenne pepper. Mix well and keep refrigerated.
