1 large can whole (or diced) tomatoes
1 - 4 ounce can diced green chilies
1 - 4 ounce can diced jalapenos chilies
1 bunch of green onion (two if very small) –
sliced very thin
1 glove garlic - mashed
cilantro – chopped very small – no large leaves
In your blender blend the tomatoes for a very short time, you don't want tomato juice. In a bowl add the whole can of diced green chilies, add two teaspoons of the jalapenos chilies or more if you like the hot stuff. Add the green onions, garlic and the cilantro. Mix well and refrigerate. Good in the refrigerator for 5-6 days.
