Molded Cranberry Salad

2 packages of orange gelatin
2 cups boiling water
2 cups sugar

Mix and cool the above in refrigerator until thickened. In a bowl mix the following:

1 pound cranberries (ground) (use a food processor)
1 orange sliced
3 slices canned pineapple (cut up)
1 apple (peeled, sliced or diced)
2 stalks of celery sliced very thin
nuts (if you want – pecans or walnuts)

Stir the above into the thickened gelatin.
Pour into mold. Refrigerate until set.
