No-Crumbs Macaroni and Cheese

2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup milk
1 cup (or more for cheesier) shredded mild cheddar cheese

Put the cooked macaroni into large bowl. Mix the dry mustard into the milk until dissolved, pour over macaroni. Stir the cheese into the macaroni mixture, keep some to sprinkle over the top, mix well. Pour into a greased casserole then sprinkle cheese over top.

Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 3 or 4 people.
