5 hard cooked eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped ripe olives
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Peel and cut eggs in half. Remove the yolks to a small bowl, mash, the add the mayonnaise, olives, vinegar and prepared mustard. Mix very well until all ingredients are well blended. Take a small spoon and fill each of the white part of the eggs. Chill.
