1 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Mix the above in a small bowl (mix in a 4 cup measuring cup – the handle helps) until well blended. With a basting brush spread the mixture over the surface of the ham, baste several times while the ham finishes baking with the excess that drips down into the pan – use all of the glaze.. You can garnish the ham with orange slices.
