Pineapple Ham Glaze

1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
Dash of black pepper
1 can pineapple slices (drain but keep the juice)
1/4 to 1/2 cup Sherry
Maraschino cherries

Mix in a small bowl the mustard, brown sugar and pepper. Spread with a spatula or sandwich knife over the surface of the ham. Take the pineapple slices and lay over the top of the ham, get as many as you can without overlapping. Into the center of each pineapple slice insert a maraschino cherry on a toothpick. Take the Sherry and mix with the pineapple juice and baste the ham while cooking, use the drippings in the pan along with the Sherry mixture.
