Quick Noodles Romanoff

1 - 8 ounce package of egg noodles
1 cup large curd cottage cheese
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated onion
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce (Tapatio, Tabasco, etc)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cook the noodles in boiling salted water until almost tender, do not overcook. Drain and combine with cottage cheese, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, sour cream, onion and hot sauce. Mix with a large spoon so as to not break up noodles. Pour into a greased casserole and top with the Parmesan cheese.

Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves
6 to 8.
