Quick Shrimp Salad

3 cups uncooked macaroni
1/2 dozen hard boiled eggs (sliced)
3/4 cup celery (diced)
1/4 cup green pepper (diced)
3 large cans shrimp (drained)
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 pint sour cream
salt to taste
2 medium tomatoes sliced.

Cook the macaroni in boiling water until tender, drain and cool. Put the macaroni in a large bowl then add the celery, green pepper and shrimp. In a small bowl mix the mayonnaise and sour cream until well blended. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the macaroni then carefully fold in the sliced eggs. Garnish with tomatoes – chill.
