2 Cups macaroni
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups milk
8 ounces (about 1 cup) Velveeta cheese
Pepper (to taste)
1 - 2 tablespoons butter
1 cup breadcrumbs
Cook the macaroni in salted water until tender – do not overcook. Place cooked macaroni in a greased 10 x 10 x 2 inch casserole dish (this size is not important, a casserole dish of like dimensions will be okay). Combine the milk and cheese in a large sauce pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the cheese melts. Pour the milk and cheese mixture over the macaroni. Dot with the butter and sprinkle the bread crumbs over top.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until brown.
