Roquefort Dressing

1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
4 tablespoons wine vinegar
2 ounces of crumbled Roquefort cheese

Mix in a small bowl the mustard, salt and garlic. Add the vinegar and stir well then add the oil and stir well using a whisk. Add two ounces of crumbled Roquefort and stir well. Refrigerate.
