Ruth's Awesome Chocolate Frosting

1/4 cup margarine or butter
1 whole egg
1 or 2 squares melted baking chocolate (2 is better)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups sifted confectioner's sugar

Cream margarine/butter then add the egg and beat until creamy. Blend in the melted chocolate, vanilla, lemon juice and salt. Gradually beat in the sugar until smooth. Frost the cooled cake and enjoy.
