1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
A pinch of black pepper
1/4 to 1/2 cup Sherry
1 large can apricot halves (drained)
Butter or margarine

Mix in a small bowl the mustard, dry bread crumbs, sugar and black pepper. With a spatula or sandwich knife spread over the surface of the ham. Then baste with the sherry several times while cooking. Use the drippings in the pan along with the sherry as the sherry will run off the ham into the pan. Fifteen minutes before removing the ham from the oven spoon the apricot halves around the base of the ham, dot with butter and baste with pan drippings to glaze.
