Stuffed Eggs Au Gratin

6 hard cooked eggs
1/4 cup butter or margarine (melted)
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire
1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
2 or 3 green onions (minced including part of the green tops)
1 teaspoon minced parsley
3 slices ham (minced)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups white sauce
Chopped parsley or chives
1 cup shredded American or mild Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

1. Remove shells and cut eggs in half lengthwise.
2. Slip out egg yolks into a bowl.
3. Mash the yolks with the butter, Worcestershire and mustard.
4. Mix in the minced onion, parsley and ham. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
5. Fill the egg whites with this mixture.
6. Arrange in the bottom of a buttered casserole or deep pie pan.
7. Pour white sauce over the eggs (add the chopped parsley or chives to white sauce for color).
8. Sprinkle cheese over top.
9. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 3 or 4.
