Thai Dip for Artichokes
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoons soy sauce (no "sodium benzoate" a preservative)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, mix well. Keep leftover refrigerated.
